Richard Clark - Founder and Barker-In-Chief at RADIANT CIRCUS, promoting London’s DIY, indie and alternative movie nights, film events and gallery screenings. A fan of adventurous moving pictures, Richard is also working on TOKEN HOMO, a writing and screening project about queer exploitation film.

Liza Fletcher is a British born Freelance Events and Projects Manager with particular interest in community film projects, emerging talent programming and the documentary format. Having worked in British broadcasting, short film, a community film festival, film education and diversity, Liza is keen to promote local emerging talent in the borough, where she has lived since 2002.

Carine Koleilat - Multi award winning sound designer/engineer with an MA in Film and TV Production. She started her sound career as a sound designer and operator for theatre in her hometown Beirut, Lebanon. In 2012 she moved to London and began to work as a sound recordist for film. Since then Carine has been involved in numerous features, documentaries and commercials on various platforms like the BBC, CCN, British Film Institute and many more. As her career developed she started to share her knowledge by teaching sound recording for film at the London Film Academy and the British Film Institute Youth Academy.

In 2013 Carine co-founded a post-Production house - Blue Fox Studios - and is now heading the post production team.

Fletch Fletcher is the co-founder of The Walthamstow International Film Festival and London Experimental.  Poet, film-maker and adopter of found footage, his stark vision of everyday beauty in bleak urban landscapes throws a unique focus on his work in photography, moving image and spoken word.
